DNE Resources is an energy consulting and brokerage firm that has been in business for over 10 years.  We help our clients find energy solutions for their businesses with our large network of suppliers and knowledge of the energy industry. 
 
We’re looking to welcoming a respectful and trusted professional who operates at highest levels of ethics displaying honesty and integrity. Reporting to the CRO, the mission for this role is to oversee the Channel Partners for DNE Resources and Link Energy. The roles and responsibilities consist of developing the channel partner strategy as well as identifying and on-boarding new channel partners in Canada and US.

Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with the leadership team to develop a strong channel partner strategy.

• Identify and onboard new channel partners in Canada and US.

• Drive revenue and pipeline growth by implementing joint business plans and data-driven sales efforts with partners.

• Act as the primary point of contact for partner relationships.

• Lead and manage all administrative tasks related to channel partnering.

Qualification criteria: 

• 5 years of experience in B2B sales and 2 years of experience in Channel Partner management

• Possesses advanced level skills in navigating through Salesforce, excel and G-Suite.

• Able to think strategically (long term & short term).

• Hungry at identifying and maintaining strong partner relationship. Is proactive and takes initiative.

• Strong prioritization skills, works well independently and in a team environment.

• Ability to accept critical feedback.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Schedule: 

• Monday to Friday (flexible schedule) 

• Work Remotely – No

Compensation – CAD 65,000-75,000 per year + annual discretionary bonus + benefits
